Head to the left and you step into the generous living area wonderfully furnished in white to suit the dark wood fixtures that line the back wall complemented with various ornaments and design pieces. The living area also offers a very big TV for those wine and movie nights after dinner. Passageways on both sides bring you to the charming dining table seating up to 8 guests. Beside it, a stylish marble center piece with bar stools to complement the kitchen’s elegant style as it blend the lighter marble with darker fittings to perfection. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances.
To the right of the entrance, there are four double bedrooms. All the bedrooms follow the same standards: spacious rooms, quality king-size beds, elegantly furnished and of course, en-suite bathrooms and fabulous floor-to-ceiling windows that can slide open offering access to the gardens that surround the house.
The Master Bedroom is at the end of the hallway, where absolutely nothing is left to spare; boundless luxury including a beautiful feature fireplace that sits centrally in the room a mere meter from the foot of the bed. A large walk-in wardrobe with a glass-topped centre piece that divides the His and Her sides, leads into the impeccable white and grey marble bathroom that offers a bathtub and a rain shower.
Moving back to the living area, it’s impossible not to admire the glowing floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that sit at each point of the living, dining and kitchen areas leading out into the terrace and garden.
The garden provides numerous lounge areas, an outdoor dining area and barbeque, a separate sunken lounge with firepit, an outdoor gym area, all of which are complemented by the extra-large swimming pool that stretches along the garden. Shade is provided by Mediterranean trees in a stone-laid area. There are also a ping pong table and a cozy bali-bed at your disposal, a lovely combination of fun and peace at whichever moment you desire to indulge in either.
There is a studio which is considered as the villa’s 6th bedroom located on the lower level by the parking area, and it follows the same style and facilities with its own TV and en-suite bathroom.
Downstairs, you will find a wine cellar to your right, pressurized and climate controlled. A little further on to your left, you there is a spa area with glass doors, indoor plunge pool, as well as a rain shower and finnish-style sauna, all for your fun.
The cinema room that comfortably sits 6 people is darkened with heavy drapes – ideal for a classic horror movie and is one of the most popular parts of the house as it is equipped with a pretty little popcorn machine! To finish off, the house has a glass door lift. Further amenities include an alarm system, a fireplace, individual controls for heating and lighting in all rooms, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. For bookings over 7 nights, a weekly clean is included in the price.
This villa enjoys a fabulous location: it is just minutes’ walk from the Aloha Strip and Puerto Banus where you will find some of Marbella’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife and a choice of supermarkets. For the golfers, Las Brisas, Aloha Golf, Los Naranjos and Magna Marbella (par 3 for beginners) Golf Clubs are all very close by.
